Jumping on the bandwagon here!~

Hey yo. My name on the internet is Ryuu. And me... I come from... a little island that you probably don't know about.

So am I Chinese? Well, somewhat.

I spend 75% of my waking moments listening to music. I'm a huge music lover, but in no way a connoisseur. The best word to describe my music is "International", although I've been an avid fan of Japanese rock for years now. I spend most of my time reading books, especially classics, mystery and crime, and occassionally playing chess or writing. I like history and debating. One of my biggest love in the world is languages. I decide to pick up new languages like how Greece would pick up cats. (And yes, I shower them all with much love. *winks*) I also love culture, and I am a SUPER SUPER Europhile and Japanophile.

I also love tea and sweets. My personal motto would probably go along the lines of something like, "Learn something new for as long as you live!"

One day, my awesome-self is going to take over the world! Really!!

I tried Japanese but just wasn't motivated enough. I feel that I learned more watching tons of anime.

I know some Japanese too. I wanted to take the oficial testing, but... xD Try French! It's a pretty nice language.

I hear that taking the proficiency test is a waste of time and money. I suppose you'd have to take it if it's required for a job. I could take Italian or Portuguese since I already know Spanish.

I once considered moving to Japan for further education, thus the JLPT. But, yeah, it's a bit pointless now. mm, italian sounds nice. ~
