Cheese Bunz

Gilbert walked to here from the pub not too faraway
with Francis close infront

Francis dug around his pockets and found the keys to the closed shop, and pushing the door open, he guided Gilbert in, pulling him to sit down on a couch.

"The owner's not around now, but I think there's enough ingredients to make you something. Is mushroom soup okay?" Francis asked gently.

"don't really care~" He said completely out of character.

Francis sighed, pulling on an apron hastily and getting Gilbert a glass of iced water.

"Just wait for a moment, alright?" Francis said as he set the glass down before Gilbert. He returned into the kitchen and began to busy himself. Under usual circumstances, he would hate doing this, but he pulled out a plate of leftover pasta and some soup to heat up.

The food was ready in a few minutes, and he brought them out to Gilbert.

"Well, eat up now, cherie." He said, as he sat down opposite Gilbert.

Gilbert plopped down and started eating. His lifelessness had slightly gone away. his face lit up then swallowing the food exclaiming "Schmackhaft!~ "
in his native language

Francis raised an eyebrow and laughed gently. "It's nothing much, cherie. I'm sorry you had to make do with leftovers though." Smiling at Gilbert's sudden (but very slight) happiness, he shrugged and chuckled a little.

"Although, are you feeling better now?"

"uh... I'll be fine as long as it never happened" he said with a toothy grin across his face

Francis smiled. "Of course, cherie. Nothing happened back there. Well, if you need anything, you can ask me, you know."

"Danke~" He said, still a little depressed "It's so wrong~"

Francis raised an eyebrow. "What's wrong, mon ami?"

" I just realized how fucked up I am... And it took me trying to kill my best friends to notice it..." he said, now even more depressed. laying down on the couch leaving the rest of the food.

"You're not ... Well, You're not, Gilbert. You're just frustrated." Francis said gently as he lay back on his own seat. "And, well, Lovino was a little of a rude punk, I suppose I can understand why you would get so angry... Are you sure you're alright now though?"

" Yeah... I guess I'll be okay..." He now seemed even more depressed than before...

Francis sighed. Standing up and moving over into the kitchen, he took out a bottle of red wine and a couple of wine glasses. Bringing them out, he poured a glass for each of them and offered one to Gilbert.

"What's bothering you, cherie?"

He sat, took the glass and drank it all."All of it... I feel that... I'm living life wrong..." he said as he sat down his now empty glass of wine

Francis raised an eyebrow. Well, that certainly was new. "Living your life wrongly? Well, you're still young! Plenty of time to change, I say!" He replied soothingly as he poured Gilbert more wine.

"...maybe we should've gone to the pub..." He said while drinking the now refilled glass of wine. "...should just be happy with my freedom to be able to change..."

Ludwig walked in the door and saw a familiar face he'd seriously hoped to be avoiding by going to school here. He froze for a moment, trying to decide whether to ask his brother what he was doing here or turn away before the other man noticed him.

Gathering his bravery, Ludwig stepped forward into the shop. "Gilbert, what are you doing here?"

'Mm? Ludwig, what is it?' Roderich peered around Ludwig's shoulder, trying to see inside the bistro. All he could see was a rather debonair blond boy...and an unruly platinum head that looked awfully familiar.

Francis raised an eyebrow and turned about when he heard someone coming in.

"I'm sorry sir, but the bistro is currently closed now- Ah. Aren't you Gilbert's brother?" Francis blinked, studying the tall young man (and rather intimidating, if he could say so) that stood before them.

"W-WEST! RODERICH!" Gilbert exclaimed out of surprise of seeing his brother"Wha-What are you doing here?!"

Ludwig looked up at the blond. "I am," he said. He heard his brother's surprise. "I am going to school here. Mother insisted I attend here. What are you doing here?"

'Gil...Gilbert?!' Roderich gaped at the boy in front of him- he was all too familiar, and not someone Roderich had expected to run into. And Ludwig knew him somehow...Mother? Did that mean they were related? Roderich couldn't speak for shock.

(Roddy already knows Gil, but has only just met Ludwig, so he doesn't know they're related- just to clarify. ^^)

Francis blinked at the newcomers who just entered the bistro. Should he send them out? After all, the shop was closed, and it really, didn't belong to him. On the other hand, this tall blonde person was Gilbert's brother...

Sighing, he strode over to the door and closed it, making sure to keep the sign on "closed". He turned back to the group and said, "I'm not really supposed to keep you here since we're not open, but, well, can I serve you anything?"

"MORE WINE!~" Gilbert said obnoxiously. From just that, anyone could tell that he was drunk. To top it off, he is now depressed that his crush just walked in with his brother... not cool.
