Name: Heracles Karpusi
Job: Local hotel owner - Eridanus Hotel

Is part of a committee of local hotel and business owners that are concerned of the increase of criminal activity in the area that police don’t seem to be doing anything about. He becomes friendly with a young Japanese guy who seems to know a lot about the goings on. Is suspicious of the guy's background (and why he knows so much) but likes him anyway. Doesn't realise that the info he receives is at a high cost for the Japanese guy.

Name: Vash Zwigli

Job: Local gun shop/convenience store owner


Has been affiliated with the mafia before but since then has chosen to stay out of their business. Sells guns to anyone with perments and money. One year earlier, he had witnessed the murder of two middle class citizens by the mafia. Adopted the child who boor witness to her parents own murder. Has established three rules for the store.
1) inside the store there is no shooting or fighting among customers.
2) You must have a perment to purchase a gun or ammo.
3) Don't touch Lilli.

Job: Mascot for the Ristorante Pizzeria San Marco restaurant


Is related to the Vargas's but works with Feliciano at the restaurant, not knowing whats going on around him. His grandfather had to leave for a while so hes staying with his brothers until he comes back, or so he was told. But being the trusting boy he is he believes it so he waits for his grandfather to come home as he works around the restaurant.

Name: Holy Rome(HRE)

Job: Worker at the De Wolfskers Flowershop


Brother to Gilbert, Holy Rome works at a flower shop. He doesn't care if the pay is bad, he just wants to be a little closer to the girl he has a major crush on. Holy Rome does not really know about his manager's(Hendrik) drug dealings...

Name: Lilli Zwingli
Job: Assists in Vash's shop of convenience

When she was younger, her parents were murdered by the mafia for an unknown reason, and was later adopted by her now older brother, Vash, and helps him with his store. She is mostly out of the mafia circle after the incident.

Name: Peter Kirkland
Job: Wanna be Reporter

Nobody ever takes him seriously, so Peter decided to look for dirt on a certain politician to get back at him for all the teasing he's been through. However, this kid's bad at reading situations and tends to get stuck with the wrong crowd.
