Week 2: Tino/Natalya

For Tino, stepping into a bar was like stepping into a whole other world. All the chaos, the smoke, the dim lighting, and most importantly, the booze made it the perfect place to forget about the things that bothered him. He could loosen up, chill out, and drown his troubles in a bottle of Grey Goose or Bacardi. It was true, he occasionally went a bit overboard and had to be picked up by a friend or poured into the back of a cab, but those times were rare. Right now, he just wanted a shot or two to melt off the tension of the day.

The Finn wove between the tables, skillfully avoiding some people who were already far past their own thresholds, and settled at the bar, ordering himself a shot of vodka.

Natalya let out a small sigh as she slipped through the bar doors. Deep blue eyes scanned the dimly lit room through the smoke, noticing a few early birds who were already of their rocker. She made sure to avoid that section of the bar, sifting her way through the crowded tables full of all sorts. Her eyes spotted one seat left at the bar and she quickly claimed it. Why was she here? The usual.. she needed a break. To lose herself a little and just quit thinking about it all. What other reason would anyone come to the bar. As she sat down she ordered a few shots of vodka. The bartender eyes her a little bit, probably figuring such a 'little lady' couldn't hold her liquor. When he poured three shots her eyes followed where the first one was give. Natalya spied a familiar face. "Privyet, Tino. Nice to see you." She was curious as to why the little Finn was here, but it would be rude to ask first off, wouldn't it?

Tino smiled. "Hey, Nat. I haven't seen you in a while. Taking a break?" The Finn knocked back a shot and set the glass on the bar for a refill. "How's the family?"

Natalya quickly downed both of her shots before she replied, eying the Finn with her deep blue eyes. "Oh.. you know, the usual." She let out a small sigh, frowning at the empty shot glasses. She had actually come to the bar because her family was irritating her. Whose family didn't? "Da, I am trying to take a break from a lot. Vhat about you?" She added, setting both glasses onto the bar for her own refill, which came quickly.
